FAQ
How long does a return-to-sport phase take?
It depends on the injury and where you're starting, but a typical return-to-sport block runs 4–8 weeks after standard rehab. We'll give you an honest timeline at the first visit.
Will you talk to my coach?
Yes, with your permission. Coordinating with coaches and athletic trainers is a normal part of what we do — everyone rows the same direction.
What if I fail the tests?
Then we know exactly what to work on. Failing a test in the clinic beats failing on the field. We keep going until you clear the criteria — not until the calendar says so.
